Ed McClanahan lives in Lexington, Kentucky. He is the author of four published books: THE NATURAL MAN, A CONGRESS OF WONDERS (fiction), FAMOUS PEOPLE I HAVE KNOWN, and, MY VITA, IF YOU WILL (memories and essays). He has taught writing at four universities.
A Stegner Fellow, a Ken Kesey et. al. Merry Prankster, he has been a frequent contributor to many magazines, including Esquire, Playboy, and Rolling Stone.
